What is a dreamwalker?
What is the "dreamscape"?

It means I sometimes walk consciously through the unconscious, the place where people "go when they sleep"... kinda like a collective dreamscape, like the collective unconscious.

How does a non-human appear in this "dreamscape"?

Like her soul, her real self... or changing her shape, if she has enough energy. I mostly have wings, for example... and long hair and fair skin. Mostly.

What marks it as different there?

I think it can be "felt"... like when you are with a person and you feel he is not completely human, either. You surely know the feeling. Gut feeling, instinct.

Is it possible to just weaken someone when you feed? It doesn't take that much force to simply shatter some of those things.

Yes, but:

1.) They can be quite a surprise, and I had to "run" twice. They walk in pairs, and have the group advantage. I usually fight if someone attacks me - it has happened - but somehow I did not feel the like, then. My instincts rule when I am "dreamwalking", and I do not feel like contradicting them, they know better anyway. Besides, I think that if I killed some of them, the rest would be on me for the rest of my travelings, and I have enough problems, (well actually only a few), and they are enough.
2.) I felt the loss of energy for days after that, I was phisically "out", tired and in bad mood. I was out to have a pleasand fly and I got fired with the Goddess knows what energy bolt. I may have shattered them, given time, but they took me by surprise that one time and the first hit was big enough for me to say "No thanks, I like my hide on me!" Just to be sure.
3.)I had an encounter just this night. There was a gathering of people, every kind of them. Nonhumans. A ball, or the like. They came with weapons, 7 or 8 of them, and started to kill ("Dying" means you awaken with only drops of energy and tired like hell.) I managed to shoot at some of them from behind the lines, and together with the others (dreaming and conscious ones) we made them go back. For some, it could have been a dream... I remember it as no dream and came back to the waking world after the battle willingly. Strange dreams, anybody?
